Confidential Treatment
Submitted media and the digitized files created from it are treated as private and confidential. We do not view, listen to, copy, publish, or share Customer content for entertainment, advertising, promotional use, or unrelated purposes.
Limited Access for Service and Quality Control
You acknowledge that we may view or listen to limited portions of submitted media when reasonably necessary to perform the requested service. This may include adjusting tracking, checking picture or audio quality, confirming that conversion is progressing, identifying blank or damaged sections, troubleshooting technical issues, and verifying that delivered files open and play correctly.
Access is limited to the Company owner and any authorized service provider or contractor whose access is reasonably necessary to complete the requested service and who is expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
Restricted Disclosure
Media content will not be disclosed to another person except when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, such as uploading files to a cloud storage provider, or when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Apparent Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”) or other content that must be reported under applicable law may be preserved and disclosed to law-enforcement authorities or other legally designated agencies.
Data Storage and Retention
Digitized files delivered through cloud storage will generally be retained for up to thirty (30) days after we send delivery notification, unless a different period is agreed in writing.
We generally intend to send one courtesy email reminder approximately seven (7) days before scheduled deletion. This reminder is a courtesy only, and Customer remains responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files before the retention period expires.
After the retention period, digitized files, temporary working files, and local or cloud copies may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
Certain business records, such as estimates, invoices, payment records, order history, correspondence, and records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, may be retained for a longer period as reasonably necessary.
Customers are responsible for promptly downloading delivered files and creating their own independent backups.

- Payment processors: to process payments and provide payment confirmation.
- Shipping, courier, pickup, or delivery providers: to transport or return original media and completed orders.
- Website, email, hosting, analytics, and technical service providers: to operate and secure our website and communications.
- Professional advisers: such as accountants, insurers, or attorneys when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Government or legal authorities: when required by law, subpoena, warrant, court order, valid legal process, or a legally required report.
Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms of service.
Data Security and Third-Party Services
We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal information and media content against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include limited access to Customer media, password-protected accounts, secure devices, current software, careful handling procedures, and use of established third-party service providers.
We may use third-party cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar providers to deliver files. We do not own or operate those providers’ servers. Their collection, storage, and security practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Customers should use secure email accounts and devices, avoid sharing download links with unauthorized persons, download files promptly, and maintain at least one independent backup.
